We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order we offer a simple return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Items must be unused unwashed and in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase such as order confirmation or invoice is required
- Final sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used gym wear or worn accessories
- Items with visible signs of wear deodorant stains or perfume
- Custom or personalized items
3. Return Process
- Email us at alionfitness786@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the shipping address
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you via email
- If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item please return the original and place a new order
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send photos of the product and packaging and we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you
